Categories are a new way to organize your ongoing conversations. Create categories, reorder them, and collapse them to hide the conversations inside. Labels remain available as a sub-category system.

On top of that, this update introduced three new tabs:

• All: every open conversation.

• Assigned to me: open conversations assigned to you.

• Unassigned: open conversations without a manager assigned.
